I was fed on a steady diet of the classics. My mother and I spent hours reading aloud Louisa May Alcott and L.M. Montgomery. In the library I found delight in checking out, for perhaps the millionth time, books by Johanna Spyri and Frances Hodgson Burnett. Then as time went by, I became enamored by Charlotte Bronte and Georgette Heyer. These woman were the potters behind the wheel molding my love of reading and I hope to join their ranks in expanding the imagination of readers.
